Dear Members and Friends of TNA UK,
I hope this message finds you well and enjoying the warmer weather at the beginning of summer.
I am delighted to extend an invitation to a new type of gathering that is unique to TNA – our ‘Walk and Talk and Picnic in the Park’ event planned for Saturday 23rd September 2023. I came up with the idea as a way to bring our community together in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
Set against the backdrop of one of London’s lush Royal Parks, the ‘Walk and Talk’ event will be more than just a casual stroll. It will bring together our TNA community in an environment where we can share our experiences, forge new friendships, and raise awareness about Trigeminal Neuralgia and Facial Pain.
We will have the privilege of being joined by our co-chairs, neurologist Giorgio Lambru and neurosurgeon Mr. Sinan Barazi. Their extensive expertise will undoubtedly provide valuable insights during our discussions.
Here are compelling reasons for you to get involved:
Community Building: This event will serve as a platform for mutual support and connection. Each step taken and every conversation exchanged will strengthen our community.
Raising Awareness: Your participation will contribute to our collective voice, amplifying our understanding of Trigeminal Neuralgia and Facial Pain, and extending the influence of the Charity.
Promotion of Wellness: Experience the dual benefits of light exercise and engaging in meaningful conversations within one of London’s tranquil green spaces.
Creating Impact: Your involvement will be part of a powerful movement that highlights the importance of our cause, inspires others, and initiates change.
I encourage you to mark the date in your calendars, and if you feel able, lace up your walking shoes. However, if you prefer to engage in conversations and enjoy a picnic in the park, we would love to see you there as well.
Please register today to join us on this significant outing. Let’s walk together, talk together, enjoy being together, and, together, bring about positive change.
I am eagerly looking forward to meeting up on 23rd September. Let’s make it a day to remember.
With best wishes,
Aneeta
